Stop chasing clients for the same four files.
ReRooted is the organisational layer between you and your clients. They upload; you see exactly what’s missing. Your clients see the same thing — so the “just checking in” emails stop. Stuck-requirement alerts. Private notes. Per-client progress tracking. Built around your professional obligations.
Personal-particulars form stuck for 21 days
Last touched 4 April. Follow up with Sana.
Deadline — character police check
Authority window closes in 14 days.
Two screens. That’s the job.
Open the dashboard. Drill into a client. Everything else — chasing, sorting, reminding — gets handled in the background.

Address gap 2019–2020 (Lisbon). Need a supporting statement; old lease lost. Following up Tue.
Their own dashboard. No more guessing.
Your client logs in to one screen: what they’ve done and what’s left. No more “did you get my email?”, no more “what was that form called again?”, no more wondering if their case is moving. The calm shows up in their inbox — and yours.

They always know what’s outstanding.
A live checklist scoped to their visa. Nothing hidden in an email thread.
They stop asking you for status.
Progress is visible to them whenever they refresh. The “just checking in” messages quiet down.
They feel organised, not panicked.
A clear next-step on each visit — no late-night 'where do I even start?' panic.
A client who feels in control of their own application is a client who refers you to the next couple.
Email + Dropbox + a spreadsheet
vs. one dashboard.
You don’t need to bin your tools — keep your CRM, keep email. ReRooted slots in where the file-chasing lives.
| What you do today | The old way | With ReRooted |
|---|---|---|
| Asking for the same four files | Email thread #7. “Did you get my last message?” | →Client sees the gap on their dashboard. |
| Knowing what’s outstanding | A spreadsheet you forgot to update | →Live progress per client. Your client sees the same view — no decoder ring required. |
| Keeping evidence in one place | Dropbox, Drive, attachment chains | →One dossier per applicant, organised by evidence category. |
| Recording advice given | Notes app, your memory, last week’s call | →Structured notes scoped to each client and application, with timestamps. |
| Onboarding a new client | Welcome email + Dropbox link + “let me know if anything’s missing” | →Send invitation; client self-onboards with the country-specific checklist. |
| Tracking deadlines | A reminder in someone’s calendar app | →Deadline countdowns surface for you and the client. They act before you have to chase. |
Built for the way agents actually work.
The product is small on purpose — it does six things, deeply.
Real-time alerts
Stuck-time alerts, deadline countdowns, upload notifications. Your client sees the same alerts in their own view, so most nudges happen on their own.
Multi-client dashboard
Search and sort across all your clients. Stuck-time, deadline, and inactivity alerts surface separately on the alerts tab.
Invitation workflow
Invite by email; clients self-onboard with a checklist that meets them where they are. End the engagement in one click.
Structured notes, scoped where it matters
Per-client and per-application threads. Private to you unless you explicitly share.
Progress tracking
Category-based checklist with visa-specific overlays. Met / outstanding / stuck, at a glance.
Country-aware checklists
No migration or legal advice from us — only organisational scaffolding. Built around your professional obligations. Built-in checklists for AU and US visa types, with country-specific evidence categories.

The questions agents tend to ask first.
Short answers. Anything missing — book the 15-min walkthrough.
Is this legal-advice software?
No. ReRooted is an organisational tool — checklists, evidence tracking, alerts, structured notes. It does not provide migration or legal advice, does not assess eligibility, and does not draft submissions. You remain professional of record; ReRooted is the workflow layer underneath the work you already do.
What happens to my clients if I cancel?
Their data reverts to them. Cancel any time from your billing page — no retention hoops, no exit interview. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month. There’s no penalty, no claw-back, and no silent deletion of their files.
What do my clients actually see?
Their own dashboard: a live checklist of what they’ve done, what’s outstanding, and what’s stuck — scoped to their visa. They get the same alerts you do, so most “just checking in” emails answer themselves. The view they get is theirs, not a window into your private notes.
Is this a substitute for my own record-keeping?
No. ReRooted is organisational scaffolding for chasing evidence and tracking client progress. You remain professional of record, and your formal practice records — file notes, advice memos, and regulator or bar submissions — should continue to live wherever you keep them today.
Do you replace my practice management software?
No. ReRooted handles the file-chasing and evidence layer. Keep your CRM and accounting where they are.
What about a refund mid-trial?
There is no charge during the 14-day trial. After that it’s month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
Stop chasing. Start advising.
14-day trial, no card. Less file-chasing for you, less guessing for your clients. If it doesn’t save you 30 minutes in week one, cancel and we’ll be sad but understanding.
