1. Service Description

ReRooted is an organizational tool designed to help users track their Australian Partner Visa (Subclass 820/801) application progress. Our service allows you to:

• Track requirement completion status
• Record important dates and milestones
• View your overall application progress

3. User Responsibilities

By using ReRooted, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your visa application decisions and outcomes
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Avoid entering sensitive personal information — such as passport numbers, dates of birth, or document identification numbers — into structured prompts or free-text fields. Our service is designed around data minimization; see our Privacy Policy for details on what information we do and do not collect

4. Account Terms

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with a third-party provider (Google or Facebook). When using a third-party provider, we receive only your name and email address from that provider.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data

5. Pricing and Billing

ReRooted offers a free tier and paid subscription options:

• Free: $0 — one application, basic tracking features
• Pro (Monthly): $19/month — full guidance, structured notes, detailed requirement help text, PDF export, and unlimited applications
• Pro (Annual): $149/year — same features as monthly, billed annually (save $79 per year)

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. For billing inquiries, you can manage your subscription through our billing portal.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel at any time. For refund requests on recent charges, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge date. After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided through our service
• We are not liable for any visa application outcomes, delays, or rejections
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party information

7. Intellectual Property

The ReRooted service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

You retain ownership of any content you create within the service, subject to our right to provide the service functionality.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Experience occasional downtime due to technical issues
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Providing false information
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violating these Terms of Service
• Abusing the service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

10. Privacy

Your use of ReRooted is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
